White products: No exchanges after purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Time Frame:
The replacement request must be made within '3' days from the date of delivery.(Only once)
Documentation Required:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Photographs of the product in its current condition and the packaging.
Return Process:
Contact us(whatsaspp/ Call)to initiate the replacement process.
Return the product to the address provided by us.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
All courier charges for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Claims for Wrong Item, Missing Part, or Defective Product:
Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the unboxing process to verify the claim.
Shipping Costs:
If the replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
